Introduction

Welcome to Webroose Development LLP. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and software development projects.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our services and engaging in a project with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

Services

Webroose Development LLP provides software development services, including but not limited to the creation of custom software applications, websites, and mobile applications as per client requirements.

Payment Terms

  • The client agrees to pay the full amount in INR for the services provided.
  • 15% of the total payment must be transferred to Webroose Development LLP's account at the start of the project and/or software development.
  • The remaining 85% of the payment is due after the client has received the source code and/or software.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If the client decides to cancel or withdraw from the project, a 100% refund is not available.
  • In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, the client will be eligible to receive 85% of the total project amount agreed upon. The remaining 15% will be retained by Webroose Development LLP to cover the resources and efforts expended in developing the software/application as per the client's requirements.
  • Any eligible refund (85% of the total project amount) will be processed and returned to the client within 30 days of the cancellation notice being received by Webroose Development LLP.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary information and resources required for the successful completion of the project.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the provided information and resources are accurate and complete.
  • The client agrees to respond to any queries or requests from Webroose Development LLP in a timely manner to avoid delays in the project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the source code and/or software developed. Webroose Development LLP retains the right to use the developed software for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

Confidentiality

Webroose Development LLP agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential and not to disclose any information to third parties without the client's prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

Webroose Development LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webroose Development LLP operates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Webroose Development LLP reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying the client. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
